 This full-home remodel transformed a dated Mediterranean interior into a bright, clean, and modern living environment while honoring the home’s architectural charm. Updated materials, simplified forms, and a cohesive neutral palette now create an open, timeless feel.

The fireplace wall was reimagined with a streamlined mantel, integrated niches, and crisp white finishes, grounding the living room with a modern focal point. New flooring throughout adds warmth and visual continuity.

The kitchen shifted from dark, heavy finishes to a bright, functional layout featuring white cabinetry, veined countertops, a reconfigured island, and sculptural contemporary pendants.

The primary bathroom was fully refreshed with marble-look shower walls, a frameless enclosure, matte black fixtures, black quartz countertops, and elevated vanities with vessel sinks—turning the space into a serene, spa-like retreat. The guest bath received a similar update with modern surfaces and a light, clean palette.

The staircase and upper hall were brightened with fresh paint, new flooring, simplified millwork, and a sleek black railing for a modern, cohesive transition between levels.

Outdoors, patchy grass and mismatched pavers were replaced with fresh greenery, clean geometry, and a structured stepping-stone pathway, creating a serene, functional yard.

Overall, the redesign blends modern style with warm undertones, resulting in a fresh, elevated home designed for contemporary living and everyday comfort.
