Unit 1 of this contemporary coastal duplex in the heart of Marina del Rey was designed as a refined retreat blending effortless luxury with livable comfort. Trisity Designs curated every detail to feel calm, inviting, and thoughtfully composed, using a soft neutral palette layered with warm wood tones, clean lines, and sculptural accents.
The open living space blends the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, featuring matte grey cabinetry, waterfall-edge countertops, and minimalist lighting that add a polished yet approachable feel. The bedroom and bathroom continue the serene aesthetic with layered textures, simple lines, and spa-inspired details.
From the structured courtyard entry to the sculptural accents within, every element was chosen to bring balance, clarity, and modern comfort to daily living.
